Educational Qualification of 41st BCS Preliminary Exam 2019

- A Post Graduation (Master’s) degree from any approved university,
- Minimum 4 (four) years of duration graduation degree,
- Applicant having more than one third division/class in academic career will not be eligible to apply in 41st BCS Exam,

- Before the viva test, written test pass all examinees have to submit all original or provisional certificates as education qualification to the commission.
Age Limit:- concerned candidates age should be 21 years old to 30 years old (birth year should be minimum 2nd May 199 & maximum 2nd May 198),
- But for freedom fighter, son/daughter of freedom fighter, physically handicapped candidates & BCS (Health) candidates age should be 21 years old to 32 years old (birth year should be minimum 2nd May 199 & maximum 2nd May 198),
- BCS (General Education) candidates & ethnic minority group candidates age should be 21 years old to 32 years old (birth year should be minimum 2nd May 199 & maximum 2nd May 198).
