ব্যাখ্যা: এই বাক্যটিতে বলাহয়েছে cricket (b)—- (call). এখানে Subject হলো Cricket আর Verb হলো Call. Call অর্থ বলা/ডাকা। - কিন্তু Cricket তো আরা বলতে বা ডাকতে পারে না।মানে Subject এখানে কাজ করছে না। আর Sentence এর Subject কাজ না করলে, সেটি Passive Voice হয়।
- Structure হবে: Subject + auxiliary verb + v এর P.P + ext. আরেকটি বিষয় লক্ষণীয়- এই Passage টি Cricket নিয়ে স্বভাবিক কথা বলছে। তাই Verb টি Present Indডfinite হবে।
- Subject যেহেতু Cricket – Third Person Singular Number, তাই Present Indefinite এর Auxiliary Verb- is হবে। এবং Call এর Past Participle হবে Called. অতএব Answer: is called.
