Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) has published the seat plan for the 41st BCS preliminary examination. The examination holds on 19 March.

BPSC has published a press release. And Nur Ahmed, PSC Exam Controller (Cadre), signed the press release. The press release has issued a notification in this regard on Sunday including necessary instructions as well.

The 41st BCS preliminary examination will be held in accordance with the health guidelines. And PSC chairman Md Sohrab Hossain said this. He also said that the Ministry of Education has agreed to the request for assistance in organizing the examination.

“The seating arrangement will be in English ‘Z’ shape. Actually, one student will sit on one bench,” he added.
The eight divisional cities – Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Sylhet, Rangpur and Mymensingh will have the experience of holding the examination this year. And examination will contine from 10am to 12pm on the respective date.

The date of the 41st BCS exam has finally been announced 14 months after the advertisement. So this BCS preliminary examination holds on March 19.

41st BCS preliminary examinees can attend the exam simultaneously in Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Barishal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh on March 19, from 10 am to 12pm.
To appoint 2,135 officers, PSC published the advertisement of the 41st BCS on November 27, 2019. And the last date of the application was January 4, 2020. As a result, 4 lakh 75 thousand candidates applied for this BCS. And it a record. BPSC wanted to hold the examination at the beginning of last year. But PSC could not take it due to Covid-19.
